Hi! My name is Halie. I'm 22 years old and from the bold north of Minnesota (no we don't say uffda regularly). I'ma recent college graduate with a degree in Mass Communications: Public Relations and a double minor in Sociology and Theatre. I'm hoping I'll be able to find my dream job as either a event coordinator or as a social media manager with my degree..

When I'm not at work, you can find me playing video games, writing, streaming on Twitch, coloring, trying on a new flannels or coming up with new DIY projects. If you overhear my conversations often, then you know I obsess over a few things and that include: dogs, blankets, mugs and nice notebooks. Oh! And I guess you may hear me talk about a guy named Chris, he's my high school sweetheart. We've been together for over 5 years and best friends for 10 years. He's my rock and my main supporter in everything I do. You'll probably see him in various blog posts here on this site.

So, you have stumbled across "Hello Halie," first of all welcome to my life! I'm sure you are wondering what it is I write about on here, aren't you? Well, "Hello Halie" is basically a glimpse into my life, a lifestyle blog you could say. You will see Day in My Life, baking trials and errors, DIY journeys, advice on all aspects of life, reviews on various products or subscriptions and so many other posts that I can come up with.
I have always been a writer at heart. I have written creative short stories since I was a young child. In my teen years I took on journaling. Now that I'm a young adult, I've decided to finally take the jump and take on blogging. I always wanted to write a blog about what I did, things I observed and the trials of everyday life. I hope that this blog inspires you to take on new endeavors in life, open yourself up to new experiences and gives you the reminder to always do what you love no matter what.
